DETAILED DESCRIPTION
It's a friend's model boat's motor control as it needs a special form and must be as light as possible:
The model boat should row by the correct ratio between pull and return to the catch (position) movement: 1:2 this is wanted in both possible directions to enable a stable backward movement, too. Some manoeuvres require an 1:1 ratio as the don't have a power and a recover part in their movement. This should be controlled by comparison of two control signals for two servo motors.
End position monitoring shold be by some magnetic sensor: hall sensor or reed relay I've not decided yet, but it's more likely to use a SMD hall sensor
Power supply: 2s LiPO-battery; Umax=8.4V, 4 Ah, 3C
max motor current: 330 mA (DC motor with brushes)
smallest possible part's size: SMD: 0402 (imperial)
I can't check the connections on smaller parts as I haven't got a microscope.
PS: I know it's the possibly most difficult aproach, but I failed to convince him to do without his bought RC-receiver, which has 4 PWM outputs. (forward/backward speed and left/right)
