DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The size of the scoreboard will be 2440x1220 mm.
The plan is to use LED strips to create a number of 7-segment displays. The initial design will include four digits for the game clock, two digits for each of the scores. A single digit will be needed for Quarter and Down. For TOL (Time Outs Left) three large round LEDs will be used for each time.
For the low level control a Arduino will be used, and a laptop will be used for the higher control. And old computer PSU will be used to supply both the LED strips, the arduino and logic.
The 7-segment displays will be controlled using an Arduino Uno, and a TPIC6B595 for each digit.
