A recreation of the motor drive PCB for Outrun and Space Harrier Deluxe.

The intentions:

• Make a PCB that looks very close to the original.
• The PCB will be pin-compatible with the original components (so you could transplant everything over, should you wish).
• Where original components are not readily unavailable, additional component footprints will be added for more readily available modern components.
