DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This project is an open-source video game console inspired by projects such as Uzebox and Pico-8,
along with inspiration from the Nintendo Enterntainment system and the SEGA Genesis.
This is the next revision of the board. It also has additional parts:
- 8-bit DAC for audio : I mostly just needed the I/O pin on the FPGA to be used for bus control, now the audio is on the SPI bus.
- New SPI/Memory controller : the previous iteration wasn't very good at controlling things from the USB controller and from the FPGA.
- SD Card interface : Why limit ourselves to the memory of the on-board flash rom?
- I completely messed up on the routing and net name signal allocation -- the board was HARDLY routed in the last iteration. How did I not see that?
