 i have project  Bitcoin miner design For 55nm Avalons( old chips) Using 16 chips per board .
I would like to develop  Bitcoin miner design originally  based of new generation of chips (7nm ASIC SHA256 Chip (BM1397 ) or (BITFURY CLARKE / B1549493-010) 
so like to develop the motherboard with 16 or more processors per motherboard to use the processor if you can ..With Using IR3847  power regulators Or better.....

but i need Datasheet of  7nm ASIC SHA256 Chip (BM1397)(bitmain chips)
