Little 7 segment display built around small serial RGB LEDs (Lumex SMD-LX0707RGB-TR).

There will be 2 LEDs per segment, to allow for a more even light distribution in the rectangular segments and allow for more fancy effects with 2 color segments.

The idea is to make it modular, so units can be attached next to eachother for larger displays (clocks, counters,...).

The display should be around 1" (25mm) high.

A case will be 3D printed to avoid light bleeding into unlit segments and allow for a nice clean look.
