DETAILED DESCRIPTION
No microcontroller clapper.
Uses a 555 timer to wait out any echos and a d type flip-flop to keep the on/off state.
Demonstration project, just something nice to leave on the shelf running for years on end.
Current errors in design: no bypass capacitors for the ICs.
